We proudly service all of the Metro Detroit area, which includes: Macomb, Oakland and Wayne Counties. When will the billing for Sterling Height's Limousine Services start and end?
Charges are accrued starting at pick up and will end at the final drop-off. The balance (total minus deposit) will be charged to the credit card on file, unless other arrangements were made in advance.
Is there a minimum hourly requirement?
Limo reservations Sunday through Friday have a 2-hour minimum amount, and limo reservations on Saturdays have a 3-hour minimum amount.
What are your payment terms?
When you reserve your Limousine, we do require a 50% deposit to reserve any of the vehicles. The outstanding 50% balance must be paid within 7-days prior to the day of the charter, unless other arrangements were made in advance. We do accept cash and all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Additionally, we do accept checks no later than 4-weeks prior to the reservation date.
What happens if we have gone past our reservation time and want to keep our party going?
You may continue with your limo reservation given yours is the very last reservation of the day or night. Just inquire with your chauffeur, and we will see how we can accommodate your party.
What is your standard cancellation policy?
All payments including deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What do I do if I accidentally left something in the limousine?
Let us know right away if you have left something behind in one of the vehicles. If we find anything left in the vehicle, we will let you know.
Is smoking permitted in any of the luxury cars and buses?
Smoking is prohibited in all of the vehicles.
Will Sterling Heights Limo & Bus Services supply alcoholic beverages?
We do not supply any alcoholic beverages simple because it is illegal for any limousine company to provide alcoholic beverages in the state of Michigan. Soft drinks and bottle water is available upon request.
What is the policy about alcohol in the limousine and other luxury vehicles?
Clients of legal drinking age are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages. Most of the limos and larger vehicles have in-car bars and soft drinks, bottle water and ice is available upon request.
What amenities does your Metro Detroit limo service offer?
All of our limousines, luxury vehicles and party buses may offer some or all of the following — privacy divider, mirrored ceilings with twinkle star lights, red carpet service, audio & visual entertainment, hands-free intercom, soft drinks and much more! Just inquire during the booking of your reservation to find out what amenities will be included with your reservation.
Is the gratuity included in the total bill therefore, how is it calculated?
For your added convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added into your total bill. The gratuity is determined by the trip's entire price and billed to the deposit, in addition to the balance being prior to your reservation date.
Are Sterling Heights Limo & Party Bus Service and each of the vehicles properly licensed and insured?
We maintain all required licensing and insurance for each and every one of our vehicles. It is required by law to be fully licensed and insured when operating any of the vehicles.
